According to unconfirmed reports in enemy channels, the video allegedly shows a #Ukrainian_UAV flying in the direction of #St_Petersburg in the #Leningrad region of #russia

The location of the recording is given as #Tosno.

The "Carpet plan" was announced at #Pulkovo Airport. It is a plan where the airport is closed for departures and arrivals and has typically been used when there is a threat of #UAV attacks.
