Ugh, sad to hear Signal is getting blocked in more countries.

I don't have the necessary knowledge (or domain names) to host a proxy myself, so I hope at least my Tor Snowflake Proxy helps someone at least.

There's something more you could do.
See the Snowflake extension #torsnowflake (Firefox and Chromium). It allow #torbrowser to access Internet in case of #censorship.
