It's #NationalGinAndTonicDay so I had to try a G&T with #AviationGin and #TopNoteTonicWater and while it's not a proper version (no lime!), it's still pretty tasty! I find the Top Note Classic #Tonic Water to have a bright citrus note while still having plenty of quinine bitterness; the Aviation #Gin is herbal and mellow, and together they work really well.
