Wins cup. Gets promoted to head coach. Two disappointing seasons later and he's canned. Goes back to his old team. Three seasons later gets canned from a lesser role.
Almost wonder if he regrets taking the head coaching job in DC. That team was on the way down and it was kind of a lose lose situation.
