I installed tinyCam Monitor. Just so happened that I was at the home screen and saw the #tinyCam app icon show up plus another* #app that initially said "Pending..." in place of an app name. When installation was complete, this generic Android icon with no name was next to tinyCam. I've now uninstalled tinyCam but this app cannot be removed. Long press + App Info didn't take me to the screen where i can Force Stop or Uninstall.
