Tin Tin Out were Darren Stokes and Lindsay Edwards, top remixers in a pleasant ambient house style. (The album containing this single, "Eleven to Fly" is one of my faves.)

Shelley Nelson was the singer with Rest Assured a few weeks ago - the one that sounded like The Verve. She's still gigging.
