Thermal issues in BMS are usually underestimated

Heat sources:

MOSFET conduction loss
Balancing resistors
Linear regulators

Poor thermal spreading → localized hotspots

👉 Solutions:

Use copper pours strategically
Distribute heat sources
Simulate worst-case current paths
