This is Eidy's father, Saul. He doesnt get as much love as my other 'cooler' designs but he's pivotal to her story. A gruff, no nonsense man, who has to adjust to being a single parent to a magically gifted daughter, in a town that shuns any form of magic in people.

Having shown some keyart for the project, let me introduce you to the heroine of the 1st arc of #TheWhalerGirl, Eideann Kinnaird. Who goes by Eidy. Loving, stubborn & a little naive, her gifts controlling he ocean put her at odds with her hometown's traditional ethics and put her at risk of predators like the Dark Merchant leader, Kalam.
