This show has me by the throat. It's very like This Is Us except it has actual time travel instead of pov shifts, but it is beautifully emotional and cathartic to watch. I get a lot of my crying done this way.

I need to know who Casey is. Who are they?! Alice's fear they were her and the Goodwin boy's (Max?) kid cracked me up all season.

And what is up with Sam at the end, standing there at the pond like Elliott was. So this is our not subtle clue that Sam also knows about time travel.

Who did Elliott's mother jump in the pond with? We're assuming still it's a Landry thing only. I'm wondering now that Jacob has disappeared if it was him for some reason.

I've heard now there won't be a fifth season, which I guess they planned for. I hope they have time to wrap this all up. Or I hope the fan petition going around convinces Netflix to pick it up and finish it out.

The Way Home

I finished season 2 and immediately temporarily subscribed to Hallmark to watch season 3. I am hooked.

Season 2 was the season of Kat falling in love. Of course it's Hallmark so the love she has with Susanna was pretty much ignored even as it was very clear. My modern self says: why not both, Kat? And also why not Elliot, too? (That one's because Elliot wouldn't consent to any of that.)

Is that Kris Holden-Ried as Thomas Coyle in The Way Home season 2? Oh, I get the shipping now. I so get it.
