I am a bit surprised Cody only posted about #TheSeaInMe for a week or two, then stopped. Granted, he was caught up in going to Paris/France/Olympics and Emma, at the time. But, I think he had an IG reel/story about the book, but it wasn't around long.
I will put this book between Justin's second book and Cody's first on the shelf.
I take it the two month transit time from Sweden was due to the book crossing the Atlantic on a small sailboat, that needed to dip south for the easterly winds.

Also quite right that this copy of #TheSeaInMe arrived during a nice downpour from the start of a thunderstorm, which saw the outer cardboard mailer get some rain on it. It wasn't too soaked, but I did promptly open the package to ensure the book wouldn't get wet. Heard the mail carrier yelling as he sort of got caught in the storm. I'm glad it finally got here. Alas, it's an unsigned copy, at least for now...

After two full months of waiting, my copy of #TheSeaInMe arrived, at last. It actually was mailed from Sweden, but is a Penguin Australia book.
Have now added it to my #CodySimpson collection. Wonder what we'll see next from Codes.... feels like another edition by #PrinceNeptune is in order, sometime in the next year, or two, perhaps.
Considering #TheSeaInMe depicts and mentions an ice cream van, quite the coincidence that one passed through here last night. #books

In addition, I did "purchase" a copy of Cody's #TheSeaInMe , coming from Australia. But, the item was ordered in mid-July, and we're now closing in on two months since, and it has yet to arrive. I'll be requesting a refund for my copy if it fails to get here by the beginning of October. It has been a disappointing experience trying to get a copy. Perhaps I shouldn't have bothered.
