Okay, I am going to say one of these "some people" is #EdCondon, the deputy editor of #ThePillarCatholic. Just read the opening of the latest newsletter where he's talking about #MarchForLife. He's always so bitter about abortion because he and his wife were infertile for a while. He's a good writer and has grazed other pro-life topics beyond abortion elimination, but not enough. He really needs to consult a priest or therapist about his animosity.
Blog post about #EdCondon, editor/founder of #ThePillarCatholic. I think his own hurt is getting in the way of expanding his audience and ascertaining himself as a "balanced viewpoint" that he espouses himself to be. http://sheiladebonis.com/2023/01/20/critism-of-a-pro-life-journalist-textualism-or-jealousy/
Critism of a pro-life journalist: textualism or jealousy?

I would leave a comment on #ThePillarCatholic about how he needs to approach the abortion situation more delicately, but they lock their comments to paid subscribers. But his militancy on the issue is part of the reason why I'm not a paid subscriber. I really wouldn't like the idea of the money he earns from me going towards his preventing women getting a procedure that can save their life, or at least keep it on the right track.
