Engineering teams are creating a repair plan and investigating the cause of a trail segment collapse along Buffalo Bayou in east downtown Houston that occurred on Tuesday.

Buffalo Bayou trail segment collapses along east Houston apartments

At least two light fixtures behind the apartment complex sunk. A large vertical crack could be seen in a section of the wall that supports the trail along the bayou.
