I have completed #TheJug and now have a few last minutes to get in some hydration before the next phase which I will not publicly document. Other than the obvious, the most uncomfortable thing for me is I am super cold. Water provides insulation, yo.

So here we are in #TheJug part 2, the #BakersHours edition. The cats are absolutely certain that since I am up anyhow they should be getting breakfast.

16 ounces in to #TheJug. Had a moment earlier today when I mentioned my colonoscopy to a group of men who know me but were obviously weirded out by my casual mention. It reminded me how far we have to go to #NormalizeWomensHealth
