I'm CONSTANTLY horrified & bemused by the same people who screamed "Read the Constitution!" every time a #Democrat was in the WH so CLEARLY never did so themselves.

#TheFoundingFathers SO strongly believed EVERY HUMAN BEING HAS BASIC INALIENABLE RIGHTS, that the right to #DueProcess does NOT apply only to "citizens".

THE ENTIRE REASON for having a prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (#Gitmo) was b/c if the prisoners were on U.S. soil, they'd have a right to a fair & speedy trial.

I SIMPLY DON'T UNDERSTAND how anyone is taking this "#immunity" claim seriously (particularly the #SupremeCourt.)

The requirement (as laid out in the #Constitution) for impeaching a president is "high crimes & misdemeanors".

Now how does one commit HC&M if #TheFoundingFathers believed the #POTUS was "above the law"??? 🤨

Now, how does a #Potus commit "High crimes or misdemeanors" if the Founders believed the Potus to be "above the law"???

@georgetakei Everyone would have been happier if, instead of #Beetlejuice, they should have gone to the 88 Drive-In, #TheLastDriveIn serving Denver, and seen the #BlueBeetle...or, instead of watching the movie, they could just carry on like they were doing in that theatre, but in the privacy of their car, like #TheFoundingFathers Intended!
