Tegan O'Neill on Jim Rugg and Hulk: Grand Design for The Comics Journal. Some days Tegan makes me think they're the only writer that matters, but then I remember I was born at a time when I got to appreciate Iain Banks and Terry Pratchett and Philip French and Hugo Young.
