Wen#Murphy points out the bleading obvious - not that I am criticising it, it needs to be repeated often for the hard of thinking. Death and destruction are NOT a sensible path to take to produce ‘growth’, in the short, medium or long terms.
#Growth means many things, from the blinkered `#GDP’ to money in the pockets of the already wealthy. It frequently doies not translate to better lives for peopl eor a better country to live in.
