I've now calmed down enough to admit all this angst was partly because i couldnt find any damn milk for my #coffee and was being told they had some but of course i couldnt find it
My dad came to my rescue and was able to pinpoint exactly where we had some
#ThanksDad ❤️ truly the only sane person in the family 😂😂😂
We had ended up with 2 male ends from the new antenna and the base, but we didn't have any sort of adapter or coupler to connect the new antenna to the base
So my dad took the female threaded end from the factory antenna and cut about 5/8" off the end, and we used that as a makeshift coupler, which worked perfectly
Saved me a trip to the hardware store and got a handyman lesson in the process #thanksdad
