I really liked the 2021 Thailand Red Wine Black tea from pu-erh.sk. In 2022, for the Red Wine Black Tea, pu-erh.sk used the fall Maocha from a very old tree whose spring leaves are used for their "Mind Switch" puerh. Unsurprisingly, the flavor and energy of the 2022 Red Wine is much more puerh-esque. I had to stop myself not too far in to the steeps, lest my mind be so switched that I started contemplating the many faces of eternity.

Inspired by his Mom's tea drinking habits, in 2021 Peter from Pu-Erh.SK had his Thai producer process some of the Maocha intended for Puerh as red tea. He calls it "Red Wine" and the name is entirely appropriate. On the fruity/herby side of black tea with great length of flavor and resteepability.
