Man, I really miss #Textspaced, its been 3 months since it died, and I really wish we had a game like it around. I wish too, that it was also a mobile game, mainly because idle games like it are best in my opinion, on mobile devices. I'd make it myself, but I'm not a developer in the slightest and wouldn't know where to start.
For those who don't know, #TextSpaced, the Idle game about people becoming captains and piloting their own ships and starting factions is shutting down in March. I made a song with #Suno about it before, but this is an alternate version of it that made me tear up, because of what I was trying to capture really getting through here. It feels right to post this version of the song I previously made, because TextSpaced was a big part of my life, and I'm definitely going to miss it, and I really wanted to capture my feelings on it here, there is another game being made, but that won't be for quite a while yet, and for now, TextSpaced is gone in March. I played this game for a very long time, 2 years in fact, and for me, it was most fun I had up to that point with an idle game. I met a lot of good people while playing, we traded, we sometimes faught, but it was such a good time though that I hope I get to meet these people in another game again, which is why I made this song in the first place, to capture what TextSpaced really meant to me.
For those who do not know, #TextSpaced is shutting down in March. I am pretty bummed out about it actually because I spent so much time playing the game, I got to know so many people and it was a very fun time. 2 years I played this game, and now its going away soon. I thought that I might put my feelings about it to song, and also write a song reconciling finally, the war between Carbon, N30N, and Neon which had happened before the shut-down was announced. We all came together to say good bye to each other on the Discord, and I call that the unofficial end to the war. Hope you enjoy, as always, these songs are all helped by the awesomeness of #Suno, even though they are indeed my own thoughts and feelings.
Some may say that I am foolish for directly provoking our enemies, but #War even in a game like #TextSpaced requires a little bit of fire, and we need something that will keep us from giving up, so I created this, a direct provocation of the Neon and N30N Empires. Carbon over Clones.
So, in #TextSpaced, my name in the game is just Admiral Leo. There are 2 Factions in the game, Carbon, or the Carbon Empire which is the one I'm in, and the N30N Empire. We were once allies that traded with each other regularly and worked to fight off the Transgov threat, Transgov being essentially the equivalent of Space Nazis, but recently, the N30N Empire decided to disband there alliance with us. This song I'm posting is from the point of view of Admiral Leo of the Carbon Empire, lamenting that fact.

#TextSpaced is such a great game. Its my favorite idle #game as its based in a SciFi world where you can either join or create your own faction. It needs more players though, and so I made a song about it. Hope y'all enjoy. If you want to learn more, go to www.play.textspaced.com For those who are Deaf, The Lyrics are as follows: [Intro]
Low hum of engines
Name on the hull
Cursor blinking
Endless sky
This empty pull

[Verse 1]
Started with a prompt on a quiet screen
Tiny ship
Single beam
Drifting in the deep
Learned the routes by the feel
Not sight
Every word in my ear
Turned the dark into light
Turned the dark into light

[Chorus]
TextSpaced
Take me higher
Through the silence
Through the fire
I can hear the stars align
In this world of written signs
TextSpaced
I’m a captain
Building dreams from every line
I don’t see the void before me
But I feel the stars between the lines

[Verse 2]
Docking at a port built on someone’s dream
Factions rise
Flags fly where the vacuum breathes
Do I rule alone
Or join a rising tide?
Every choice that I make
Puts a fleet at my side
Puts a fleet at my side (oh)

[Chorus]

[Bridge]
[low vocal register]
I’ve walked through worlds that shut me out
Gates locked
Doors closed
Left me in the crowd
But here I’m charting every route
[building drums]
Listen to the nav voice sing
Every ping
Every ring
I am not left out of anything

[crescendo]
Raise the banner
Let the empires grow
From a single line of text
Watch a galaxy glow
Side by side with a thousand minds
Every captain
Every kind

[Chorus]
TextSpaced
Take me higher
Through the silence
Through the fire
I can hear the stars align
In this world of written signs
TextSpaced
I’m a captain
Building dreams from every line
I don’t see the void before me
But I feel the stars between the lines

[Outro]
Soft click
Engines fade
But the stars still call my name
I log off
Yet I know
My empire waits in the glow
TextSpaced
Where I learned
I was never flying alone

There is only 20 of us running the whole thing, but I know we can have more people, we need the growth, we need people to help out in any way that they can. Any help counts, whether that be mining for us, doing missions, or just helping us out by gathering things or even help us fight the Trans Gov threat, anything helps. We are not the kind of people to look down upon newbies, heck, we will literally provide you with the resources that you need to get started, we need you. #Gaming #IdleGaming #Scifi #TextSpaced

Ah, our biggest alliance is broken between Carbon and the Algebra Empire. I am quite sad to see this turn out as it did, as it feels rather sudden to be Sure. I feel like I should have some level of indignation because of this, but really, I'm just worried about my system which needs to be kept safe, that, and my factories are working overtime to purify minerals for a nullspace Catipult for the Empire, as we need to build out quite far now that all of our systems need to move somewhere safe, as the Algebra Empire is the biggest empire in all of the world and inhabits most space. #TextSpaced
Wow, I've been traveling for 16 hours, I just hope filling up this 12000 of cargo space is actually gonna be worth it for my new mammoth. #textspaced
