Warning to #teslaownersuk and those new to #tesla, needing to book service requests via the app. It is very easy to lose your Appt. Booking accidentally by trying to add additional information to the request. I think the golden rule is don’t touch it once you have accepted the estimate. You cannot add an additional new issue for a new appt or to be included in the existing appt as I discovered by accidentally losing an appt that was weeks in the waiting! Only one appt can be held at a time.
