OK, here's a #TechieQuestion: if I want to sync directories from a Linux server using a Python script, does it make much difference whether I invoke a shell command with rsync from the Python script or use a dedicated Python sync command such as pyrsync?

So it seems that one of my wifi access points on my home network has died.
Can't say it owes me much, it's about 9 years old.
What's a good brand for wifi access points these days? My old one was TP Link, which gave me 9 years of trouble-free wifi, so I would be fine with getting another one, but I'm open to other suggestions.
Can anyone recommend a good email app for Android?
I'm currently using Edison Mail, which works very well as long as I'm connected to wifi, but won't work at all over a 4G phone signal.
Would quite like to have an app that works over a phone signal as well.
So if I want to buy a Windows desktop PC (yeah, yeah, I know, of course I don't, but it's for my wife), where's a good place to get one in the UK?
We got her last one from PC Specialist, which seemed OK. Are they still good? Anyone doing better these days?
