Teaching a new applied maths/physics course and using handwritten solutions to problem sets from previous years that haven't been typeset in LaTeX. Mathpix is an absolute godsend. It's uncanny how good it is at recognising handwritten mathematics and the words in between. It misidentifies a few words and symbols, but it's easy to fix that.
