Well, I was not selected for the instructional lead role. Time to revamp the resume (again) and put more steam into the job search engine. My boss (5 months new) told me that I very much impressed him and that he feels I have been underutilized and is formulating some ideas for me. Okay, well, you do that, and in the meantime, I'll be over here looking for a new situation somewhere else. My partner feels I have been too good at my job, and they are afraid they won't be able to replace me. I've said point blank for years now that I need a different challenge and given this organization several chances to make that happen with them.
