Do I know any CPA's or tax pros?
I have contacted TWO local CPAs and I have nothing to show for it.
I dont think what I am asking is illegal. Its a legit question regarding #tax #law and maintaining 501c3 status and minimizing tax.
If I administer a #nonprofit that has title to a commercial building, can I lease half the building to an #LLC which I also run?
Would that jeopardize my #taxexemptstatus ?
Anyone?
