Contestant Application for TaskmastFur 2025
Have you ever wanted to be on a game show? Here's your chance! TaskmastFur is a fan version of the British comedy panel show "Taskmaster", created by Alex Horne, first aired in 2015, and adapted around the world. Each episode, 5 contestants play several mini-games or "tasks" consisting of various physical, mental, and/or creative challenges. All of their task attempts are filmed separately, so they don't know how they compare to each other until they watch the videos of their tasks at the live show! The TaskmastFur then awards points based on how each contestant did. Whoever has the most points at the end will win all the prizes in the prize pool, which consists of one thing each contestant brings in (based on a brief given to them in advance) and a "golden" bust of the TaskmastFur's head! If you live in the Denver area and would like to compete in TaskmastFur 2025*, please provide your contact info and tell us a little about yourself! Those who are chosen will be contacted for scheduling a date and time to film their tasks. *Pending approval for DenFur panel submissions. #DenFur was fun! I just wish I'd had more money to spend and taken more pics.
But with how well #TaskmastFur went, I'm going to do it again next year! I've already made a lot of progress editing the live and pre-recorded footage together. After I upload the full show to Youtube, I'm finally going to take a break from making anything for it. Task brainstorming, location stuff, casting, etc.
