Apparently my brain has decided as I am sipping coffee and staring out the window to do an inventory and clear out a bunch of garbage narratives from people trying to tell me who I am; narratives that got stuck in there more than I realized.

Yucky stuff. And as I pull all this rot away to make more room for the truth of who I am, I am enjoying the parallel of watching everybody take their christmas garbage out to the curb.
