I cannot activate the #VPN on #tails 6.9 #tails69 #Debian

[SOLVED] Can't Activate VPN

I bought ExpressVPN and installed it on my laptop, but when I do 'expressvpn activate' in a terminal and enter the key, it just hangs there forever. I've tried disabling the firewall, SELinux, firejail and anything else I could think of but it won't connect and activate. I've also tried it as root, but nope. I've also tried everything ExpressVPN support suggested; changing DNS servers, trying a different network, etc, but still nothing. As an experiment I installed it on my desktop machine
