Aaaand that went rapidly nowhere as I went looking for a bracket to finish the extractor, got sidetracked into cleaning up my garden / plastic recycle work area, played with a large Fresnel lens on an overcast day and still managed to set fire to a piece of wood, then got the pieces for the retic controller and test-fitted that together, and now it's late afternoon and time to think about what to make us for dinner...
