Aaron Sorkin revealed that Jesse Eisenberg declined to return as Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Reckoning because he no longer wanted to be associated with the Meta founder.

🗣️ Sorkin said Eisenberg "has his problems with the guy" and didn't want to be conflated with Zuckerberg anymore. Jeremy Strong has now taken over the role of Zuckerberg in the sequel to 2010's Oscar-winning The Social Network.
