這幾天忽然看到有YT拿出來做了中英解析。

抓自己蠻喜歡的片段：

「如果我們不把事情往心裡去的話，那不就輕鬆很多？因為那樣就沒人能控制你，你自由了。」

「你會感受到和他人相處時，更加的和諧、更多的聯繫。因為你可以把精力投入到美好的事物裡，而不是沒完沒了地對抗那些讓自己抓狂的事情。」

「所以問題在於——
你是想證明自己是「對的」，還是想要自己過得「快樂」？ 」

Frederik Imbo 先生跑去擔任足球裁判的原因是為了保持身材，以及學習應對場邊觀眾指責的同時，不把事情往心裡去。

我自己的方式，則是觀察身邊那些情緒穩定及自信滿滿的人，他們的心態到底為什麼能如此強大？
把他們那沒來由的自信，拿來中和我的不自信，剛剛好😆（不是）
