Do you do business in the #EU? Tomorrow is the deadline for complying with #Switzerland's new #revFADP #SwissFederalDataProtectionAct that enters into effect on 2023-09-01. I'm not a #Swiss lawyer, but my biggest take-away is that the new privacy laws will no longer treat companies as natural persons, unlike how #USlaw tends to approach #privacy, #dataprocessing, and personhood for corporations.
