

Day 30 of #SweatWithPride - last day!!!
I've walked around town for my sweating today.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey.
Over the month, I've notched up 700 minutes of movement - more than I dared dream possible!

I'm glad I didn't take pics of my garden as that hasn't featured much in my moving (I'll blame this soggy winter!)...
Walking just beat out Dancing as my preferred way of movement AND time spent moving (Housework was well down!!)
I've set up some systems to encourage myself to keep moving (though without the fundraising aspect until next June). I'm curious to see how much movement I can include in my life and how much fitness and stamina I can build...
Day 26 of #SweatWithPride has been a low energy day for me... But I did spend 10 minutes or so shifting chairs at work, so I'm counting that!

Days 20 & 21 of #SweatWithPride
Day 20 was another dance workout.
Day 21 was a lot of shifting, lifting, vacuuming, going up and down stairs, and moving things around! 2/3 through a thorough clean of my study now!! ππͺ
