And that's the last workout of this year's #sweatwithpride Had a really nice time this year.
@dan Done. Not a lot, but wanted to support another #sweatwithpride participant.

Day 30 of #SweatWithPride - last day!!!

I've walked around town for my sweating today.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey.

Over the month, I've notched up 700 minutes of movement - more than I dared dream possible!
And you've donated $326 via me towards the $848,000 raised so far!

I'm glad I didn't take pics of my garden as that hasn't featured much in my moving (I'll blame this soggy winter!)...
Walking just beat out Dancing as my preferred way of movement AND time spent moving (Housework was well down!!)

I've set up some systems to encourage myself to keep moving (though without the fundraising aspect until next June). I'm curious to see how much movement I can include in my life and how much fitness and stamina I can build...

It's the last day of #sweatwithpride - if you are able and would like to support the awesome work of the Burnett Foundation, NZ's largest community provider of sexual health support and testing services for the rainbow community, one way would be to sponsor me - there's still $10k of dollar matching available at time of posting, so if you're quick, your donation will go twice as far! Thank you for your support. https://sweatwithpride.com/fundraisers/dancapper

I’m taking on Sweat with Pride this June to raise money for our Rainbow communities! 💦🌈 Our schools, workplaces, and doctors’ offices are still not safe places for many Rainbow New Zealanders and it’s putting lives at risk.

Day 29 of #SweatWithPride and I'm back moving again!
Just been for a pleasant work around the neighbourhood with my lovely husband.
Sunshine would've been nice, but 'not raining' sufficed.
Day 28 of #SweatWithPride and I have knitted up a storm (well, about a third of a jersey...) but completely failed to sweat.
Mea culpa, but It's been so nice to just pause and breathe (and knit)

Day 26 of #SweatWithPride has been a low energy day for me... But I did spend 10 minutes or so shifting chairs at work, so I'm counting that!

Many thanks to the anonymous soul who donated yesterday 😘

Day 25 of #SweatWithPride
And I've now sweated 97% of my goal minutes

Today's training session got cancelled, so I've done a 20 minute dance workout tonight.

It's not too late to sponsor me... Just click the link! https://www.sweatwithpride.com/fundraisers/jaysmith

Day 23 of #SweatWithPride and I've been vacuuming, stacking chairs, and generally tidying up after a funeral (Context: I work at a church)
My body very much feels like it's had a workout!

Days 20 & 21 of #SweatWithPride

Day 20 was another dance workout.

Day 21 was a lot of shifting, lifting, vacuuming, going up and down stairs, and moving things around! 2/3 through a thorough clean of my study now!! 😁💪
