The #IEEE is a worldwide professional association with members mostly from the fields of electrical engineering and computer science. Its European branch advises the #EUParliament on decisions regarding future research and innovation policy via the European Public Policy Committee (EPPC). The head of the #JLB, Prof. #MarioBirkholz, was recently appointed to the committee. All members are listed here
