Less than 10 pixels from hitting the final switch (mid-air) that ends the game, time runs out, and Mario dies, no lives left, game over. The disk then becomes corrupt, and unreadable, and gives an error about it on a black screen. After fixing the disk, a "piracy" DRM tool activates, and the Wii is permanently bricked.
