The most important work you do on Sunday is the work no one sees. The quiet sorting of your thoughts, your priorities, and your heart.
Let the stillness do its work.

Coming home isn’t about rushing back into hustle. ✨ This Sunday Spark invites you to land gently—rest, reflect, and savor the small comforts of return. 🌿 #SundayReflections #MindfulLiving #Dreamspace
Returning home after a trip involves more than just unpacking. Instead of rushing back into routine, take time to rest and reflect. Allow yourself to savor small comforts and embrace the moment. Prioritize being present, as this gentle landing can be just as vital as the journey itself.
In a world that always demands more, there’s quiet power in enough. 🌿 This Sunday Spark is a reminder to pause, breathe, and let what you’ve done already be sufficient. ✨#SundayReflections #Dreamspace #MindfulLiving

Back here... thinking about AI, the many goods and...some bads? 🤔
So, I was at work and we were checking a Proxy-like in-house solution to parse queries and understand if someone is trying to access critical info in Relational DB. We were checking MySQL statements to check if the parser was capable of parsing them, one of those use cases was a PARTITION statement inside a SELECT.
Anyway, the developer told us that PARTITION wasn't possible in MySQL because ChatGPT told him so. We were sure it was possible and we showed him the official MySQL documentation. He was mind blown
The thing is... I know services like ChatGPT are very useful, but people are taking their answers as the truth and are not double checking them. How dangerous can it be, not just for fake information delivery, but also for people and their, fact checking skills (although, those skill are compromised even before GenAI services)
Well I guess that's it...just wanted to share
The readings for the 6th Sunday in Ordinary Time Year C are all about being blessed, which might also be translated happy or lucky. o the focus this weekend is on the Beatitudes and the many blessings in our lives.
Today is all about slowing down, reflecting, and focusing on our health and personal growth. Small steps like drinking more water, walking in nature, or setting a small goal can lead to big changes! 🌱🍏
What’s your focus for healthy living this week? Share and inspire! 🌟

What were some of the biggest questions that your coaching years asked you?
How did the answers you found shape your current coaching style?
What are the questions you're hoping to find answers to in the upcoming years?
