#Rusaian Project 23040G reconnaissance hydrographic anti-mine ship "#Vladimir_Kozitsky" has blown up in #Sevastopol.

According to witnesses, the ship suddenly blew up on the outer roadstead of #Sevastopol_Bay, where it had been slowly "running circles" for the past few days. It is reported that there was smoke rising from the engine room.

A tugboat was brought to the ship and pulled it towards #Striletska_Bay.
