Gen. Leslie Groves (Paul Newman) and J. Robert Oppenheimer (Dwight Schultz) oversee the Manhattan Project, the WW2 Army operation to build an atomic bomb before the Nazis. Of course they clash, as the screenplay reduces the two to a hawkish soldier and a navel-gazing peacenik; no doubt next monthโs ๐๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ช๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ณ movie will do the same thing. But this movie is most definitely pro-Groves.

Itโs about bunch of dumb teenagers who work at a record store, and the stressed-out manager who has to wrangle โem. And letโs be honest: ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ช๐ณ๐ฆ ๐๐ฆ๐ค๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฅ๐ด is poorly written and full of clichรฉs. But if youโre nostalgic for โ90s music and record stores (the movie was written by a former Tower Records employee), thisโll definitely do it for you.

After his father dies, shady car dealer Charlie Babbit (Tom Cruise) discovers the bulk of the inheritance is to take care of his severely autistic older brother Raymond (Dustin Hoffman). Annoyed, and hoping to get that money, Charlie takes custody of Raymond and has a few adventures with him.
