Star Trek: Strange New Worlds: Toward the Night by James Swallow: This episode sits very nicely in the second season, and serves as a solid appetizer until the new season comes along. All of the characters are well-represented, but I was happy to see Ortegas get a prominent role, since she tends to be in the background. The story is fast-paced but never feels rushed. Recommended for fans of the series! #startrek #strangnewworlds

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds 2x05: "Charades": This one didn't quite land for me, though there are great moments throughout. It's not the specific changes to continuity with TOS; I'm not overly particular about that. It just felt like the episode was less than the sum of its parts. I think part of it was that T'Pring's parents seemed too expressive, though it played into the absurdity of the circumstances. #startrek #strangnewworlds

Just found out that the #Obsidian #StrangNewWorlds plugin, made by @TfTHacker, can be a *really* good replacement for the core Backlinks plugin because it does things that the core Backlinks plugin doesn't:
- renders Markdown links
- displays hierarchy (If it's in a list, show the parent, if under headers, show these headers), so in a way, damn similar to information you can get from the breadcrumbs in #Logseq.

Thank you so much @TfTHacker!

Hi!

Spread the Word!
