Mir ist es ein absolutes Rätsel warum die Europäische Bürgerinitiative zum Thema #TaxTheRich nicht mehr Aufmerksamkeit in Öffentlichkeit und Medien bekommt.
Das wäre so eine gute Gelegenheit dem wichtigen Thema #Vermögenssteuer auf politischer Ebene wieder mehr Gewicht zu geben.
Gäbe es Influencer:innen die ihre Reichweite dafür nutzen würden die Leute zum unterzeichnen aufzufordern, wäre es ein Leichtes das Quorum zu erreichen. Gezeigt hat das z. B. die erfolgreiche Initiative #StopFinningEU.

Since 1980s, legal trade in shark meat killed 100,000,000 sharks a year. Including illegal and undocumented, more like 273,000,000. Staggering. We must stop the fin trade, better regulate incidental fishing & strengthen control procedures to protect biodiversity. #StopFinningEU
