Today's photo: Zoutkeetsgracht (1863 - 1864). "Holland" flour mill and bakery, designed by J.H. Leliman and G.B. Salm. Olie worked for Leliman for several years, and they remained acquainted. Students of Olie's school helped in constructing the bread factory. It burned down in 1894. Construction of its successor began in 1895.
