Star Trek & Star Trek Defiant
This is the ending of both series, and it's as wonderful as the series have been. The depth these comics have allowed Ben Sisko and the growth they've allowed Worf have been wonderful to read. Not to mention Ro Laren, Harry Kim, Alexander son of Worf, B'elanna Torres & Tom Paris, and my favorite of all baby Miral. I very much enjoyed the Kahless II storyline strung through these books, and especially its final resolution. There are beautiful and strong father-son relationships, most especially Defiant Volume 4 which features Alexander's repentance and atonement, and Worf's support.
Lore War gave me everything I want in a grand finale: a mad tyrant, secret memories, alternate universes/characters, and wonderfully compassionate and heroic acts. Omega is a lovely look at where things are heading: See you at the wedding.

I love a Q, I love an alternate universe. I wanted to read Jake beginning Anslem before I finished both series and saw him finish it.
Star Trek: Voyager: Mirrors and Smoke by Paul Allor
Pirate Queen Janeway is the best, most evil. Except maybe The Doctor.
