A new "N64 to PC" port has dropped and it's a kinda unexpected one (at least to me): It's Dinosaur Planet! 🦕

The Nintendo 64 game Dinosaur Planet just got a recompiled PC version, still in early stages but it already features modding, Widescreen and high resolution support. It doesn't have high framerate support yet but performance is much better than on the N64

StarFox Adventures was my first ever StarFox game, back when I got myself a GameCube.

It was a bit of a departure from the norm for StarFox, as much of the game was on foot (though the Arwing does feature).
