StandardAero has named Paul McElhinney as its next CEO, effective October 1, 2026, succeeding retiring CEO Russell Ford after 13 years of leadership.

Ford will serve as Executive Chairman through the end of 2026 before McElhinney assumes the Chairman role on January 1, 2027.
