Was just reminded of this photo today -- about, oh gosh, six or seven years ago in #StThomasON #Ontario; a #killdeer #bird had somehow constructed a nest exactly in a parking space, and was *vigorously* defending it. Here she is staring me down. I didn't come any closer because wow, that was A Stare.
