Coffee ice cream / Affogato

Used some variation of Joshua Weismann’s recipe. Used my sous vide to get the custard up to 170. Very satisfied with the texture. So was Rufus. 2 cups of milk, 2 cups of cream, 6 yolks, 6 spoons of sugar. Does the trick every time😊 by svbokhoven
