Spiny Dogfish: On a conveyor belt to extinction?

Overfishing & climate change kept them stuck at "Vulnerable" since 2014. In Japan, they're eaten as kamaboko. But switching to another fish when one runs out just delays the crisis.

We need to look inside the "extinction box" we're handed. The down escalator won't be there forever.
