Alex Salt finished the Montane Summer Challenger South this morning in Hardraw. This afternoon he went to Middleton checkpoint to join his Mum, Moira on the volunteer team and help others reach their own finish lines. That’s the #SpineFamily #SpineRace #SummerSpine

It’s almost Spine time…
As a reminder, there are 4 races, the longest of which is 268 miles with 39,000 feet of climb along the #PennineWay The athletes running the long race have 7 days. They run day and night from Derbyshire to Scotland and it is epic.
