12 years ago today I started a weekly board game night called #spelbar at a pub in Stockholm together with a friend. It survived the closing of the we started at. But unfortunately it was killed by the pandemic. We tried getting it going again, but it never got back to like it was. There are other places in town for board games and beers now.

Eleven years ago today I started a weekly boardgame night at a pub here in Stockholm. Except for the pandemic, it ran basically every week for 10 years. It started up again for a while once the bars started to open up again, but it's not active anymore. It was a good run.

I just got word the the weekly beer and boardgame night #spelbar at a pub in Stockholm that I started together with @nefalia on August 29 2012 has ended. It was starting up again this fall, but apparently people still aren’t quite ready to meet in public. It had a good 10 year run though!
