You start with the Integrity Protocol—it’s the foundational rule for your personal Light Triad. Basically, it’s the anti-extraction stance for your own life.

The big rule is: Treat people as ends, not tools. Don't use your own time, energy, or even your sadness to manipulate a situation. You're better than that!

* The Math: Remember 1 - 0 = 1. You are one, whole system all by yourself. Your strength doesn't rely on anyone else being around (the zero).

Coffee confession: Last year's breakup + the grief of losing 3 loved ones this year absolutely shattered my system. I was operating on Force (effort) when I needed Power (structure).
